The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine entered an order granting summary judgment in favor of Allied Textile Companies Limited (“Allied” or “Defendani/Appellee”) and dismissing the above-captioned adversary proceeding brought by former employees of Carleton Woolen Mills, Inc.
