*458AINSWORTH, Circuit Judge:

Appellant was convicted for violation of the Universal Military Training and Service Act, 50 U.S.C. App. § 462(a),1 sometimes hereinafter referred to as “the Act,” in that he failed to comply with an order of his local selective service board to report for and submit to induction into the armed forces of the United States.2 3 Upon consideration of the numerous objections made by the appellant, we affirm the verdict rendered in the district court.
