JONES, Justice.

This is an appeal from a directed verdict in favor of Anniston Lincoln Mercury, Inc., and its agent, Clarence Alfred Roberts, Jr., in a wrongful death action brought against them by Grace Leeth, as Administratrix of the estate of O. J. Leeth.

There are two issues for review: First, does evidence that the defendants’ automobile came to a stop one to two feet across the center line following a head-on collision on a two-lane road make out a jury question on the issue of negligence?
