MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

The court held a trial on the complaint of Johnny R. and Eileen Williams, plaintiffs, to determine whether an indebtedness of $4,787 against John R. Bryson, defendant-debtor, was dischargeable under § 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code, which provides that debts for willful and malicious injuries are not dischargeable.
