MEMORANDUM
RUSSELL H. HIPPE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the court upon a complaint filed by the debtors seeking to avoid liens upon certain property pursuant to § 522(f) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 1 a complaint filed by the trustee seeking authorization to sell certain other property pursuant to § 363(b), (f) and § 544(a) of the Act, 2 and a complaint filed by a secured creditor seeking to deny the debtors their discharge and, in the alternative, seeking a determination by this court that its debt is nondischargeable under § 523(a)(2)(A) and § 523(a)(6) of that Act.…
