In this accounting proceeding, decedent’s two daughters, Evelyn Breslaw and Diana Sakow, filed objections relating to events which date back to January 30, 1956, the date of decedent’s death. Their amended objections allege claims couched in terms of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment. Objectants seek various remedies including the imposition of a constructive trust and $20,000,000 in punitive damages against the executrix, their mother Rose Sakow, and their brother, Walter Sakow, jointly and severally.
