The presentment agency moves pursuant to Family Court Act § 375.1, in the interest of justice, to prevent sealing of the records of the instant juvenile delinquency proceeding. On October 11, 1988 before this court, respondent admitted to acts constituting unlawful possession of weapons by persons under *79116 (Penal Law § 265.05). The Penal Law states, "A person who violates the provisions of this section shall be adjudged a juvenile delinquent.” (Penal Law § 265.05.)
