Plaintiff Unite Here Local 25 (“Union or Local 25”) brings this action against Madison Ownership LLC (“Ownership”), Madison Operating LLC (“Operating”), and Loews Madison Corp. (“Loews”) (collectively “defendants”), seeking an injunction under a collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) compelling defendants to arbi trate a grievance related to the sale of the Madison Hotel.
