Appellant, Dorothy M. Meredith (Dorothy), filed a bill of complaint, subsequently amended, on October 8,1975 seeking (1) to have a quitclaim deed, upon which her signature had been forged, set aside and declared void; (2) an accounting of the rents and profits from the property; and (3) a sale of the property free of any liens thereon, and her interest satisfied from the proceeds.
