On September 17, 1927, counsel for L. H. Labbitt prepared a complaint in which the plaintiff alleged that H. W. Bunston was and is the owner of certain lands in Big Horn county, which, on November 19, 1926, he leased to one George Hoffman for a term of one year after March 1, 1927, on a crop rental of one-half of hay, one-third of grain and one-fifth of beets produced. It is then alleged that Hoffman took possession of the lands on March 1, and on March 11 executed and delivered to the plaintiff a chattel mortgage covering certain livestock, farm machinery implements and the crops to be grown…
