Sheilana Walker-Van Burén, acting through her guardian ad litem, William Dussault, appeals the dismissal of her claims. Walker-Van Burén sued the defendants after Lexington Insurance Company missed the deadline for the payment of funds under a settlement agreement between Walker-Van Burén and Lexington’s insured. The Washington Supreme Court has held that third party claimants such as Walker-Van Burén may not sue an insurer for an alleged breach of the duty of good faith under a liability policy. Tank v.
