This suit was brought in equity by appellant against appellees, Simpson Crabtree and J. M. Sullivan, in 1897, to recover damages' for certain alleged trespasses upon a boundary of land of about 6,300 acres in Lee county, to which appellant asserted title, and of which it claimed to be in tire possession. Attachments were sued out by appellant against appellees’ property, for the value of the timber cut by appellees.
