This is an action of contract brought by the plaintiff against the defendants as executors of the will of Ethel Marion Wentworth, on her alleged promise to pay the alleged indebtedness of one Moulton to the plaintiff. The case was heard by a judge of the Superior Court who reported it to this court. From the copies of papers transmitted to this court under provisions of G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 231, § 135, it appears that the judge filed a report on October 30, 1936.
