HAWKINS, Judge.

— Appellant was prosecuted and convicted under Section 11, Chapter 12, 1st Called Session, Thirty-fifth Legislature, page 14 (Now Article 1284j, Complete Texas Statutes, 1920) for driving 217 head of cattle from a quarantined district without a permit from an inspector of the Live Stock Sanitary Commission. The fine assessed was $217. That the cattle were moved without the permit is established by the State and admitted by appellant.
