Applicant Rubin E. Jones appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his application for postconviction relief under chapter 663A, The Code. He raises four issues based on the 1976 trial resulting in his conviction of first-degree murder in violation of sections 690.1 and .2, The Code 1975.
