The plaintiffs, Woodbury Donuts, LLC, and EYRE, LLC, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their administrative appeal from the decision of the defendant, the zoning board of appeals of the town of Woodbury (board). The board had upheld the town zoning enforcement officer’s denial of the plaintiffs’ application for a zoning permit to operate a Dunkin Donuts on Main Street South in Woodbury.
