The lands in question are in the mountains in the vicinity of East Willow, Little Creek, and She Canyon, in Grand county. They are useful only for grazing purposes. Grand county is one of the few counties of the state where there still are public grazing ranges. The area in question covers about four townships. All originally, and still largely, of the public domain. The defendant, for years, was, and still is, engaged in the cattle business, grazing and feeding them on the public range or public domain.
