Before the court is the motion of Munford, Inc. (“debtor”) for approval of compromise and settlement with Valuation Research Corporation (‘VRC”) pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9019(a). This settlement arises in connection with claims asserted in Adversary Proceeding No. 91-6417, styled Munford, Inc. v. Dillard Munford, et al., in which VRC is a co-defendant.
