WOLFE, Justice.

The appellant, defendant below, prosecutes this appeal from a judgment entered against him in an action commenced by the respondent, plaintiff below, to recover damages for personal injuries which he allegedly sustained when an automobile being operated by the appellant and in which the respondent was a guest passenger, overturned on a highway curve in Salt Lake County, Utah.
