Sonne complains of the exclusion of certain evidence offered by himself and the witness Brown, a salesman. Brown had accompanied Sonne in one of the latter’s efforts to have the warrant sworn out, and was attempting to state reasons given by the detective for not serving the warrants, and his direction to Sonne to go to the district attorney’s office.
