The Albers Commission Company, a corporation, and a creditor of William R. Richter, has appealed from an adjudication of Richter, a bankrupt, rendered on October 1, 1917, upon the ground that the court below denied it a trial of material issues pending under the pleadings between it and the petitioning creditors at the time of the adjudication. At that time- the petitioning creditors had alleged in their original petition for the adjudication and in the amendments thereto 11 acts of bankruptcy committed by Richter, one of which was that he had admitted in writing his…
