I. Introduction

This matter is before the court on a Motion to Withdraw the Reference pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) (1988). Jean Bob Incorporated (“Jean Bob”), a Utah Corporation, requests this court to withdraw the reference from the bankruptcy court regarding an adversary proceeding between Jean Bob and the debtors’ Chapter 7 trustee. The trustee filed the adversary proceeding against Jean Bob for “breach of contract” and “turnover of funds pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 542(a).” Jean Bob contends that it is entitled to a jury trial on all of the issues…
