Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Milano, J.), rendered November 14, 2014 in Schenectady County, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of sexual abuse in the first degree, criminal sexual act in the second degree, sexual abuse in the second degree, rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
