Appeals by the defendant from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (McCann, J.), rendered October 28, 2010, convicting him of rape in the second degree (two counts), criminal sexual act in the second degree, and attempted rape in the second degree under indictment No. 125/10, after a nonjury *1116trial, and imposing sentence, and (2) a judgment of the same court also rendered October 28, 2010, convicting him of endangering the welfare of a child under indictment No. 2353/ 09, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
