Complainants, as the Board of Education of Community High School District No. 166 in Jackson county, Illinois, and as tax-payers residing in said district, filed their bill on December 31, 1928, in the circuit court of Jackson county, seeking to enjoin the Board of Education of Community High School District No. 168 in said county from exercising jurisdiction and control over certain described territory in that county and from levying and collecting taxes therein for school purposes; also to restrain the county clerk of Jackson county from including said territory as a part of school district…
