MEMORANDUM DECISION ON MOTION OF THE UNITED STATES HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL COUNCIL FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
CORNELIUS BLACKSHEAR, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Liquidating Trustee and the Plan Committee established under the confirmed joint chapter 11 plans in these bankruptcy cases (collectively, the “Plan Committee”), object to the claim of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council (the “Council”) against Eli S.
