RENDLEN, Judge.

The Bar Committee of the Thirty-first Judicial Circuit instituted disciplinary proceeding against respondent and following formal hearing found probable cause to believe respondent was guilty of profes sional misconduct. An Information was filed in this Court charging violation of Rule 4 DR 9-102(A) and (B) 1 in that respondent failed to make timely, accurate and adequate accounting of funds to a client.
