PARKER, Justice.

Defendant, Donna Sue Westbrooks, was tried capitally for first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit murder, two counts of forgery of an endorsement, and two counts of uttering an instrument containing a forged endorsement. During the trial the State dismissed the forgery and uttering charges. The jury found defendant guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and solicitation to commit murder.
