DENISON, Circuit Judge.

In a case brought by the United States in the court below, under section 22 of the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1923, § 10138%k), an injunction was issued against the defendants Fryar, Smith, and Matthews, restraining them for a period of one year from selling or storing intoxicating liquor upon certain described premises. Later a petition was filed, alleging that the three defendants were continuing to store and to sell, and asking their punishment for contempt.
