This cause comes on for decision on related motions by condominium unit owners, their mortgagees, the project developer, and others holding legal or equitable interests in the sold and unsold condominium units, all named as defendants, to dismiss a cross-claim for foreclosure of a mechanics lien claim filed by a general contractor, the debtor herein.
