Atanacio Padilla, Juanita Padilla, and their son, Johnny E. Padilla (“plaintiffs”), long-term residents of Bernalillo, New Mexico', filed a class action complaint against defendant Amy Lawrence and defendant Sun Country Garden Products, a corporation (“the plant”). Lawrence is the owner of the plant, also located in Bernalillo, which processes bark and manure for the purpose of packaging soil conditioner for sale.
