A deed from the city of Boston conveying real property at 90 Tyler Street — the former Quincy School — to the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association of New England, Inc. (CCBA), recited that the grantee “agrees to devote the property to the uses specified in its proposal for the purchase of the property dated February 4, 1983.” On the basis of the quoted language, the Asian American Civic Association, Inc.
