Pointe v. State
Court of Appeals of Texas
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
STEVE McKEITHEN, Chief Justice.
A jury convicted David Ray Pointe of driving with a child passenger while intoxicated and sentenced Pointe to ten years in prison. In eight appellate issues, Pointe challenges the denial of his request for the appointment of an expert, the sufficiency *530of the evidence to support his conviction and the jury’s deadly weapon finding, the admission of certain evidence, and clerical errors in the judgment. We affirm the trial court’s judgment as modified.
