Defendant-Appellant Victor Hugo Gonzalez-Montoya appeals from his sentence for conspiracy to distribute and distribution of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. He contends that (1) insufficient evidence supported the admission of hearsay statements by an alleged co-conspirator; (2) the district court improperly denied his motion for mistrial after it was discovered that the government had withheld material impeachment evidence in violation of the disclosure requirements of Giglio v.
