This case concerns real estate in Windham purchased at a tax sale by the plaintiff, Drop Anchor Realty Trust (Drop *82Anchor). The defendant Bank of New England, N.A. (BNE), appeals the Superior Court’s (Mohl, J.) decision to validate the tax deed Drop Anchor received from the defendant Town of Windham (the Town) for the subject property, and raises several issues regarding the adequacy of notice. We affirm the superior court’s ruling.
