These several appeals are from judgments of sentence following the convictions of the appellants, Francis Marino, Salvatore Rispo, Jr., and Arthur Ashken-ase, on charges of blackmail, extortion and conspiracy, in a trial before Honorable Edmund B. Spaeth, Jr., Judge, sitting without a jury.
