Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his brief, from two sentences of the County Court, Nassau County (Baker, J.), both imposed April 21, 1988, upon his convictions of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree (2 counts, 1 under each indictment), upon his pleas of guilty, the sentences being, inter alia, concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of five years’ to life imprisonment.

Ordered that the sentences are affirmed.
