*695In a juvenile delinquency proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, Jesus S. appeals from an order of disposition of the Family Court, Kings County (Olshansky, J.), dated April 30, 2012, which, upon a fact-finding order of the same court dated March 22, 2012, made upon his admission, finding that he had committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crime of assault in the third degree, adjudged him to be a juvenile delinquent, and placed him on probation under the supervision of the Probation Department of the County of Kings for a period of 12 months.
