Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Krogmann, J.), entered January 9, 2007 in Washington County, which, among other things, ordered the sale of certain mortgaged property.
Plaintiff Willis E. Sears managed and ran all aspects of plaintiffs’ dairy farm and apple orchard for a number of years. Beginning in the 1980s, Sears established a relationship with defendant—more specifically, one of its then loan officers, Christopher Truso.
