Plaintiff Robert S. Copelin filed his petition herein against defendants Warren L. Morris individually and as Assignee for the benefit of creditors of The Vaness Company, a Delaware corporation, and against The Van Sweringen Company, an Ohio corporation, seeking a declaratory judgment, and relief on the basis of adjudication of his rights as declared.
