Defendant-Appellant, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (“BCBSM”), brings this interlocutory appeal following the district court’s certification of a class action on behalf of Plaintiffs-Appellees, Pipefitters Local 636 Insurance Fund and its Trustees (“Fund”), and the proposed class, in this action brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq.
