Proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review determinations of the Executive Committee of the Democratic County Committee of the County of Queens which (a) revoked petitioner’s powers as chairman of said committee on May 25, 1959, and (b) removed him as such chairman on July 2, 1959. *775The proceeding was transferred to this court on August 21, 1959 (Civ.
