LOWELL, District Judge.

The amended petition filed by the trustee seeks to compel Cornelius Brodbine, the father of the bankrupt, to withdraw his application for the renewal of a liquor license now standing in his name and that of the bankrupt, to enjoin him from renewing that application, and to compel him to request the licensing board to issue the license to the person who shall purchase it from the bankrupt’s estate.
