{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Justin Riedel, appeals from his domestic violence and illegal cultivation of marijuana convictions following a jury trial. He raises the following assignments of error for our review:

The trial court erred when it failed to suppress evidence obtained as a result of an illegal search of Riedel's home which was conducted without a warrant and when consent to search was involuntary and under duress and where the trial court failed to consider whether the taint of the illegal entry into the home was extinguished prior to obtaining consent to…
