This action was instituted by the appellee against the appellant. The complaint, which contains hut one paragraph, omitting the caption, is as follows:
“The plaintiff complains of the defendant, and says, that on the 3d day of April, 1893, the plaintiff was the owner and in possession of the following personal property, to wit: Household furniture (useful and ornamental), beds, bedding, linen, family wearing apparel, silver and plated ware, printed books and music, piano forte, sewing machine, pictures and their frames, fuel and family stoves, contained in the one and one-half story…
