Error from Cowley District Court. At the December Term, 1880, of the district court, M. T. Creen, E. T. Williamson and Geo. L. Pratt, partners as the Chicago Lumber Company, recovered a judgment against Jas. E. Platter and two others, who bring the case here. The opinion contains a statement of the facts., 1. If the instrument sued upon be read without the words “at once,” it can, by no reasonable construction, be tortured into meaning more than a single transaction.
