In Re the Guardianship of Teeters

On December 13, 1928, Eva Teeters filed a petition in the superior court for King county, requesting the appointment of herself as guardian of her daughter, Annie Leona Teeters, who was then sixteen years of age. In the petition, it was alleged that the minor’s estate, which consisted of real and personal property that had been devised and bequeathed to her under the will of one A1 Shed, needed the care and protection of a guardian.
