GEORGE W. LatimER, Judge:

A general court-martial found accused guilty of a violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728, the specification thereunder alleging the wrongful possession of five cigarettes, more or less, containing marihuana. He was sentenced to be dishonorably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for five years.
