Vanessa Priest, Individually, and as Ad-ministratrix of the Estate of Jonathan *770Priest,, Deceased, has appealed from a summary judgment entered by the Da-viess Circuit Court on February 22, 2000. The summary judgment dismissed Priest’s complaint which had alleged that the negligence of the appellee, The Black Cat, had caused her son’s death.
