MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Rosie A. Bonger, an Hispanic woman, commenced this action in state court against the defendants American Water Works Association (“American”), John B. Mannion and Jack W. Hoffbuhr (American’s Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director, respectively) asserting claims for: (1) breach of contract; (2) promissory estoppel; (3) intentional interference with contract; (4) wrongful termination; (5) defamation; and (6) sex and race discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
